Ingredients
1 Banana
½ tsp of Cinnamon
1 tbsp of Sweetener
1 tbsp of Self raising flour
2 eggs
Method
1. Separate the eggs yolk for the whites
2. Mush the banana with the egg yolks, cinnamon and flour
3. Whisk up the egg whites and sweetener until at soft peak
4. Fold the 2 mixtures together
5. Cook in a frying pan with fry light until golden brown on both side
6. Serve with mixed berries and Greek yogurt.
