Crisis have teamed up with music opportunities platform Syncr Music to curate an album of 10 incredible artists, with all profits from the release going to the artists and Crisis.
The 10-track record features tracks by Saint Raymond, Shingai (The Noisettes), Swim Deep, Who’s Molly, Christine Sako and more, with previously unheard versions of songs premiering on the record too.
Along with outreach to five initial artists, artists were given the opportunity to donate and submit their music for the final five slots through Syncr Music’s site, where the best were shortlisted and chosen by Crisis.
Richard Lee, Fundraising Director at Crisis:
We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the artists who have contributed to this record to support Crisis’ mission to end homelessness. The pandemic has left more people facing the prospect of losing their home – from this initiative and the funds it raises, we can continue to be there for people facing homelessness both at Christmas and all year round to help them leave it behind for good.
